My team and I will create your training program and nutrition plan within 3 working days and send it to you by email.
Every week, we will review your nutrition plan. We will then discuss your thoughts on your nutrition program to make sure that the next week phase is accurate and will continue to give you results.
Every 2 weeks, we will review your workout program. We will then discuss your thoughts on your program to make sure that the next 2 week phase is accurate and will continue to give you results.
As a member, you will have support 24/7.
